CDW: Collision Damage Waiver<\/span> – a service, that reduces customers financial responsibillity for damage to the Hertz vehicle due to collision<\/p>\n

TP: Theft Protection<\/span> – a service, that reduces customers financial responsibillity for loss of, or damage to the Hertz vehicle due to theft, attemted theft or vandalism.<\/p>\n

LSC\/ASC: Location Service Charge \/ Airport Service Charge<\/span> – premium location surcharge<\/p>\n

TAX: Government imposed Tax<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations – <\/em>Three days notice must be given, otherwise a cancellation fee of \u20ac23.50 will be charged.<\/p>\n

Traffic Fines <\/em>– All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are at the rentals responsibility<\/p>\n

General Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. In the unfortunate event of an accident, the Police must be informed and the accident report obtained. Without this report, the Hirer may be responsible for the repairs.<\/p>\n

2. Clients are responsible for any damages caused through negligence such as driving the car whilst under the influence of Alcohol, or leaving personal things in the car while unattended.<\/p>\n

3. Clients must hold a valid credit card to be taken as a guarantee in case of any traffic fines or un waived excess. If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit is to be left as a guarantee. The deposit will be returned to the client by post after one week of the termination of hire.<\/p>\n
